Product Description

Brilliant Green Agar (RDM-BGA-01) is selective medium for the Salmonellae species. The peptone, Tryptone, Yeast extract provides all essential nutrients and growth factors, whilst the brilliant green acts as inhibitor for majority of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. This medium is selectively used for isolation of Salmonella from specimens of heavily contaminated such as feces, sewage, urine or any other materials in which Salmonella can harbor.
